This is my favorite smoothie to make. It's quick, refreshing, and anti-inflammatory. If you add hemp protein, it's a great breakfast! I hope you enjoy it!
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 1 cup Pineapple (frozen or fresh)
- 1" knob Ginger
- 2 handfuls Greens (Dandelion is my favorite, but Spinach and Kale work well too!)
- Optional: Hemp Protein, Spirulina, Maca
Blend and enjoy!
