My Favorite Smoothie

This is my favorite smoothie to make.  It's quick, refreshing, and anti-inflammatory.  If you add hemp protein, it's a great breakfast!  I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 cup Pineapple (frozen or fresh)
  • 1" knob Ginger
  • 2 handfuls Greens (Dandelion is my favorite, but Spinach and Kale work well too!)
  • Optional: Hemp Protein, Spirulina, Maca

Instructions

Blend and enjoy!
