Not feeling ready to commit to a long term coaching program?  Need a quick strategizing session to make dietary changes due to an emergent health issue?  Want to explore new mind/body techniques, but don't know where to start? These sessions are available on demand, and are customized to your health and wellness needs.  All sessions include handouts, samples, recipes (as applicable), and follow-up support for one week.

Grocery Store Tour 

Navigating through busy grocery store aisles and reading labels with mixed messages can be overwhelming when you are trying to start on your journey to a healthier life.  Let me guide you through your local grocery store and help you to identify the best choices for your health lifestyle.  Included in this program:

  • A 1 hour guided tour of your local grocery store

Kitchen Overhaul

The easiest way to start eating healthy is by ensuring that you are surrounded by good food!  In this program, we will go through your cabinets and fridge, eliminating the diet sabotages and tempting treats that lurk among the fruits and veggies.  Included in this program:

  • 1 hour kitchen overhaul
  • Tips on how to avoid diet sabotages in your own home
  • Tools such as a pantry list tailored to your needs, meal planner, and more
