Sides & Salads

Pear & Fennel Fall Salad

Pear & Fennel Fall Salad:

Always a hit, this salad is easy to make, and easy to transport if you’re heading to a Friendsgiving or a Family get together. I loveto use Seckel Pears in this salad, but any pear will do.

STUFFED ACORN SQUASH:

This stuffed squash could be eaten as the main star of the meal if you don’t have the time to cook a whole turkey. You could even replace the sausage with a non-meat option for the vegans in the crowd.

Pumpkin Cornbread Stuffin’ Muffins:

Stuffin’ muffins for a crowd. These muffins pack all the flavors of Fall into one little muffin. Make these, and you’ll never make another stuffing again.

Roasted Balsamic Carrots:

This is my favorite way to eat carrots. These roasted carrots have tons of flavor, and are the perfect side to any meal. You can always add other root vegetables like parsnips if you want to mix it up a bit!

DESSERTS

HOLIDAY SPICED PIE BARS:

If you’re like me, baking isn’t your best talent. But these Holiday Spiced Pie Bars can be made in a variety of fruit flavors, and are easy as well, PIE! Whip up a batch for the holidays, or any time you’re craving that warm holiday feeling.
